Free speed mods
This is my first post, and I've been lookin around this forum for about 20 minutes, so if I ask anything thats somewhere in the annals of this board, forgive me. Anyway, I want to make my Microsizer as fast as humanly possible. I've got gears and a 3.8 on the way to me at college right now, and I've got full access to basically anything I need electronically or mechanically that I would need to make modifications. I'm just fishing for any more ideas from you people.
I was considering dual motors, but would that really be worth my time? Does anyone know which resistors I have to swap out on a Microsizer, I only found the post about the ZipZaps resistors. And has anybody overdone it and fried their circuit or their motor, anything like that. I need as much user feedback here as possible, cuz I just LOVE tinkering with stuff, but I don't wanna have my car explode mid-race. Thanks in advance for your help guys, its much appreciated. |
There are some mods that will make your bit wear out faster than normal, but if you are careful, and use common sense a few mods could make your bit that much better. You'll have to search around on the forums for some of the mods that you can do, there's a whole topic devoted to modding bits. You can also find some good info at QFM.

Now Bits are completely identical to Microsizers correct?
|

im sure you have already been here but www.questformadness.com has good mods.

8ate8 wow yeah small world indeed. And thanks for that link illusion I'm cruising the site now, and no, I hadn't heard of it. But there's some promising looking stuff on there.
But to answer my question, bits are mechanically identical to microsizers right? |
yes they are. look at the "look here first" thread that is at the top of this board - it will answer alot of your questions too, including which cars/clones/parts can be interchanged.

I did look there first, I just wanted to be 100% clear on it...thanks again guys.
