Selling anything other than the 27MHz and 49MHz frequencies in the US is illegal...Hence Tiny doesn't sell Bits anymore.

Technically, it's illegal for you to operate a transmitter that operates in those frequencies, but I doubt the FCC is going to do a "Crack-down" on us anytime soon.
