how do u put your Suspension bar in?
 

do u just pull it out or have ta open the front?

If i understand you correctly, u just have to open the PCB cover and go beneath the PCB. If you look toward the front of the car(while under the PCB) there should be a screw that holds the steering stuff. Just unscrew the screw and u have access to the Suspension.

If you want to change that one just use the screwdriver you got with it and pry it out...to put it in just oush it really hard and it will snap in...

I pry it out with the little screw driver, while holding my thumb over it so it doesn't fly off into another dimension and disappear. I put the new one in with the front tab in place first, then press it down with my thumb until the back tab snaps in.
