Do they sell the pennzoil skyline in a set?

I really want one but I can't find anywhere that sells the controller that goes with the body. Is it possible just to buy a complete set or is this paticular car only offered as a body? Thanks in advance.

only as a body...then buy a separate controller...either normal or digi propo special
