Well I am finally on. I what to thank all you guys for posting so many good ideas, links and pictures. Here is a picture of my first bit that I painted. I thought you had to paint them like lexan bodies. I also have some pictures of my modified bit, which I converted into a Porsche 935. I will try to post it ASAP.
P.S. does any body know how I can put a picture under my login name? I tried to follow the directions to modify Avatar Please Help!!!

You need a certian amount of posts to get a avatar. Just don't spam the board trying to boost up your posts. Welcome to the forums.... Take off your coat and stay a while. BTW great lookin car.

He painted it from the inside. Notice the side mirror and the color refraction around the headlight covers and windows. The decals are on the outside, though.

Did you cut the pattern before you applied it to the underside? Would make sense...seeing how it would be a pain to cut the tape while it was already applied.
