How special are the spec. ed. skyline kits anyway?

Are they all that rare? Like will I still be able to find one as easily as I can now in a month, or would it be the most wise to act as soon as possible? Pennzoil specifically, but that seems to be a less popular one, but maybe I'm wrong. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

they are not that many of them...if you are a collector i guess it might be a good idea, cuz they probably will get harder and harder to find.

I find the the pennzoil one being the least popular odd because it looks like the skyline from GT2.
