is the "EP" version of the mini x the new version of the mini x, the one without the defects? thanks

Does it mean electric powered Mini-x? I never heard anything on this ep version. I know it has been quite an argument on Japanese version vs. the regular version in this forum posted by Usagi. You may want to ask him instead. :)
