still studdering

after i tried the QFM "controller joystick" mod and the "car antenna upgrade", i noticed a increased interference. no matter where i drive it when i gets even a few inches from the controller it studders. i put the motor tab forward, i tryed different areas to make sure it was caused by a another source, i even replaced the mod antenna with another one to make sure it wasn't the problem. are the joysticks causing problems or is it the antenna? or is it something else? thanks

;)

The joystick controller mod shouldnt affect the transmission of your signal at all simply because the joysticks dont actually make contact with "anything". They only attach to the plastic controller buttons. Be sure that the backside of the joysticks arent making any contact with the circuit board, maybe the screws are touching the board. Or possibly when dissassembling the controller, you may have bent or introduced a foreign metal particle into the controller?

AS far as the upgrade antenna on the car, you should have improved signal because you are now using a solid copper core wire. CHeck to make sure the solder didnt overflow and make contact with anything else on the Bits circuit board. Let me know if this helps.
