Pimped Out Gen 1 Camaro
 

This project was intended to prove to my Uncle Randy that I was very proficient at modifying XMODs (Gen 1's and Gen 2's). I don't know if he knew it or not, but I, say it with me everyone,"PIMPED HIS RIDE!".

Mod List:

• Carbon fiber chassis
• '05 Mustang GT rims
• Hard compound slicks
• Drag motor (with capacitor turbo booster mod)
• Pinstripe graphics
• Red suspension springs (to match the car)
• Red AWD suspension arms (to match the car)
• Metal bearings
• AWD kit

So tell me, what do you think?

Oh, and by the way, he LOVED his Camaro when I gave it back to him.

the silver paint strips look kwl... and the car looks clean, any chance of seeing some chassis photo's ?

I can only do that if I can get him to let me borrow it, again. He loves the car so much that... um... Let me think of a good comparison, here. Lets just say that my uncle's love for his Xmod is like Smeagle's (a.k.a Golem) love for "the precious" (a.k.a the ring).

I finially got a camaro, now I need to find the associated body kit. The car looks really good. I was hoping to get the old mustang, firebird, and camaro all tuned about equally--would make a great race among friends.

where did you pick up a camaro at? I still really want one... i got the firebird... the newer mustang... and a hummer... and people on ebay are crazy on how much they wanna sell first gen xmods...

My connection at an RS who sells me the store returns oddly enough had a camaro last time I went. I couldn't believe it, but I was really happy.

its a first gen that has been discontinued... its not hard to come by if you are willing to pay a bit... but if he gets the chance to get one for cheap i'd buy it offa him...

i love camaros and firebirds... always have, always will... first gen camaros are a thing of beauty... second gen firebirds (the later models) look mean with t-tops and a shaker hood.... third gen camaros... i own one and i can but help to look at it whenever i walk by it... iono... and fourth gen firebirds look great... iono... F-Body was a great production... cant wait to see the new camaros on the road...
