HO slotcar bodies..

Do they fit the Bit? (Not counting the tabs, just the body itself). Is the wheel spacing correct?

no, not really...they are generally too long

I have several HO slots left over (Nomad wagon, Fall Guy pickup, and a few more that I was going to modify, but they are too narrow too.:(
