How to increase range of Super BCG?

Anyone know how to remove cripple resistor in Super BCG to increase the range?

For BCG, it is described in this website:http://www.neutrio.com/bitcharg/bitcharg.shtml

But Super BCG has a different PCB, right? So where is the cripple resistor located? Thanks.
