My Hummer Evo, all Alloy'ed up!
 

Finally got my Alloys today. Kicked myself in the arse for forgetting the Rear Shock Mount though (hence the orange you see). :(

For Alloys, she's got:
- Knuckles, Shafts (CVD), Shocks, Arms...Basically EVERYTHING GPM has to offer for Alloys for the Xmods Evo Trucks. I wanted ALL Black, but unfortunately that wasn't going to happen, had to settle for Silver for the Rear Gearboxes and the Front/Rear Diffs (but nobody sees those, so no biggy with that).

...The only things left to Alloy-fy is The Rear Shock Mount (STUPID ME for forgetting this!!!) and the Front Gearbox cover.

I need to make some shims for the Shaft Bearings in the front though, there's a LOT of play there.

nice where did you get all the black piecese from

Here's the breakdown of where I got the parts:

- Front and Rear Diffs, from CJ
- All Black Alloys, from PDQ Mods on eBay (he gave me a nice deal since I was buying a full set)
- The Silver Alloy Rear Gearboxes were from GPM Depot

how does the wieght compare to stock?

what was the total on all that

Unfortunately I didn't weigh the chassis before switching everything out, so I don't have a hard figure to give for that. I had wanted to do that too, but I got so excited about getting the alloys on i forgot. :(

Grand total was ~$123 for all the Alloys I got.

As a follow up...I just got a response from PDQ Mods and they're sending out the Rear Shock mount today! :D

I screwed up, but these guys still took care of me (gave me a discount on the item) anyway. So I've got no problems recommending them if you're lookin for alloys.
