my mt was doin good for about 3 days, then it started to get slower and slower runtimes, is it just the batteries in the controller or what

have you been running it on carpet? maybe theres a piece of hair or something else caught on the gears.

I'd try replacing the batteries in the controller and checking to make sure there's no dirt or hair in the drivetrain.
