what do i need to do to get the car runing? I need to buy a controler right? I bought 2 and used the stering from one to fix a another car and the other one i was going to use as a normal car but i tryed it on the controler ( same controler mhz ) and dident work; is it that the speed set car it a one speed and the controler was made for a pro series car?

Yep. Speed sets are one-speed chassis. The Pro controller with turbo button will not work. Do you need one?

oh, i thought my controler was broken or something but anyways, i think ill either get that 4 mhz controler or just get a normal set from tower ( there prices are now low from what i've seen) and that will give me a new car to lower or add another battery.

Not sure what an advanced set is, what set in particular are you talking about?

its toy east's microsizers porsche set; its called advanced or maybe its just the bit char-g super sets, but do you think that controler will work?

It might. The Tomy SuperBits are 1 speed, but the frequencies are like 40a, 40b, 40c, etc. so I'm not sure.
