whats wrong with my motor?????
 

its a plain s2 armiture and bb can with carbon brushes and neo mags. when i hook it up to 2 1.2v batts it like starts to smoke ? whats rong with it it also gets extreemly hott?
also i took it apart now and it looks like the winds of wire are turning black?

You fried the armature. It's ok, it happens sometimes when you put too much current through them. Just get another armature out of one of your other S2 motors and start over.
