|
use velcro to keep it on
|
I finished the body today
I used velcro and legos :) I also made new tires for it, I got the tires from the model kit i used for the body. They look cool but dont really work to well so the tires are only for show, I bought new wheels from RS and i painted them gold, it looks sweet now. I will post a new pic when i get around to takeing new ones. I cant today, got homework to do. |
Good luck hope to see pix soon...:D

The tires that arent on the body are some ones i made out of the tires from the model i got the car out of.
They look a lot cooler than the ones i have on now but they are a little too hard. :p |
the new wheels look tiny.
|
Good job... It looks great... Use goof off to soften the tires a bit... Or, use paint thinner... From what I have heard both work very well to make tires sticky and softer...

FANTASTIC!!!! I think its looks really awesome!!
Can you explain how you lengthened the xmod chassis ? I wanted to do my 71 Nova on the xmod chassis but the wheels dont line up great. thanks! |
