New WWS 1/32 coming soon

Dear all,

i just want to show you the first pictures of the new WWS Pro 1/32. This car will be available in autumn 2004.

Ball bearings and balldiff are included, also a body and a 130 motor. Most of slotcar bodys will fit. You can drive with 4 or 5 cells - and - it's faster than a Mini-Z !!

how much? In any currency type. and where are they selling them.

Klaus 07-29-2004 05:03 AM

Hi,

on a speed checker the car was 36 km/h (23 mph) fast (out of the box).
May be you could buy it at intrepidrc.com if it's available.

welcome

Welcome to TinyRc United_RC
Good to see you looking beyond 1/18th scale.
Those WWS 1/32's are wicked. Let us know the outcome

Klaus 08-06-2004 04:20 AM

Hi,

i'll post a picture of the WWS and a Mini-Z next week, so that you can see the different size.

At the beginning, the WWS 1/32 will be available with four different Revell-bodies ( Mercedes CLK DTM Vodafone, Mercedes CLK DTM AMG and 2 Opel Astra DTM)
But it should be no problem to use normal slotcar bodies.
Electronics you need is nearly the same as you use in a 1/24.
Only the servo should be a little bit smaller.

Since two days i have my car (still a prototype). I'll test the car next week and let you know about the result.

(sorry for my bumpy english)

Klaus,

Great..pics...Now...dont shoot me...as I am learing the sub 1/18th scale car area, but what one is the WWS and what one is the Mini-z?

Klaus 08-11-2004 03:30 AM

Hi URC,

great joke ;-))
The Mini-Z is 1/28, the WWS 1/32, so the WWS is on the right side of both pictures.

maybe they will have a carbon fiber upgrade kit to get rid of that plasticy stuff.

BTW They should make an RTR

herman 08-26-2004 01:19 AM

hi klaus

what type of electronics do you use with it? (i.e. servo's, esc, receiver) how much does it cost to put it all together? how much shipping will it cost to the philippines? can you post a chassis pic?
how does it compare to the crt 1/32?

thanks for any info.

best regards and hope to hear from you soon

I was thinkin the same thing...

I'd like to have one of those, but want to be sure of the size first... How many scales does WWS make?

And like asked before, how does it compare to the CRT.

Hi,

the 1/32 is a new size. 1/24 is about 10 years old.
From WWS you can have cars in 1/5, 1/6, 1/18, 1/10, 1/24 and 1/32.
