Exhaust
If you really want a cool looking exhaust, take an old zip zap motor and get a drill and gut it out and make the hole where the pinion was bigger and it'll slip on the exhaust from the body kit.
good idea but couldn't you just buy the motor upgrade for them and it would cost less
the motor upgrades dont come with exhaust. you dont need a drill to gut it. just use pliers and put one side of the pliers on the end bell and then squeeze agaist the end of the shaft.
i know that the motors dont come wit the exhaust. But the motor upgrade kit for the zipzaps. http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CT LG%5F006%5F008%5F002%5F000&product%5Fid=60%2D7532[/url]

its free if you are into micros and have extra motors.
I have some extras out of some cheap imitations that I found lieing around so I'm going to gut em and make me some exhaust.
you can take a bit antenna and cut a piece off and glue it to the pinion end and then sodder on a paperclip to the side of the motor and if you have a washer of the right size attach it under a bumper screw. looks really sick on my skyline (stock bumper) sorry i dont have a digi...
HUH??? Could you clarify that? I'm confused...
Good idea, I did this right after I saw this post it looks awsome- not to ricey either.
Please rephrase that I'm still confused here...:(
well its really hard to explain w/o a pic...
bit motor = exhaust can -take all internals and cap off antenna piece cut from bit controller = exhaust tip (or really anything you can find metal to be a tip) -glue this to the backside of the motor staple or paperclip = exhaust hanger -sand down an area of the motor and also the clip so sodder will stick -bend as necesary (make a small hook at the end so you can attach under a bumper screw) -find a correct sized washer (on the skyline i attached this to the center rear bumper screw) ofcourse youre gonna have to keep rebending so you can get the exhaust to stick out right. you can even angle it outward for that oh so cool jdm style straight pipe look ;) if i can get a hand of my friends digi ill post pics |
Thanks dude I get it now... I used a bit clone motor from family dollar and made me an exhaust for my Civic... Just I didn't add a cap to the back side of it... I have an LED stuck in it... I gotta splice it into the light kit and be done....:D

u could also use a vhs tape. theres a tut. on it in the thread "dual exhaust"
