Dual Exhaust!!
 

I just go finished making my dual exhaust, and I just got a digi cam so I will be posting alot of my mods. The bumper isnt on my car because I am waiting for my replacement body so I can paint it. Let me know what you think of my mod.

why wpuld you put quad exhaust on a straight 6(engine on a real skyline). it still looks good though. how did you make it(tut. please)

Ok, here's the tutorial...

Materials:

A screwdriver
A file (rounded ones work the easiest)
Sandpaper
Tube of epoxy

VHS combinations

Dual-tip muffler, dual exhaust= 2 VHS tapes
Dual exhaust, single tips= 1 VHS tape
Single exhaust, dual tips= 1 VHS tape
Single exhaust, single tips= 1 VHS tape
(or for a Murcielago body, put 4 spindles right next to each other)

Process:

1. Take your VHS tape(s) and pry them open on the top. When you open them you should see tape wraped around two spindles you cant see. What you are after are those spindles. Wreak havoc upon the tape and rip it to shreds until you se the spindles. Now, find the screws that hold the spindles in place and unscrew them. You might or might not have to unscrew more screws holding the VHS together; I had to with one of mine.

2. Now that you have them out glue together the spindles for dual tip or what ever you want to do.

3. Now, take your body kit piece and mark what you are cutting out. For the single exhaust, single tip (like a Civic) it should fit in one of the body kits without filing. After you marked what you want to cut start filing until you get your finished product. Dont worry about having that white part with no paint, if you did it correctly it shouldn't show.

4. Now that your exhaust should be dried enough to fiddle with, put them in the space(s) you filed out and glue them in.

Let it sit for a good hour or two and you're good to go.

Icky Rocket if you noticed I've been with this site for a month longer than you have... I just haven't been posting like I should have.... I got out of Xmods for a while and now I'm back into it...
