Toyeast Mini Cooper Tire Set

Can anyone tell me if the Toyeast Mini Cooper tire set are comparable (in terms of softness) to the Tomy/Super Perfection color tire set (soft rubber) or the Tomy/Microsizer tire set w/ 3 different treads (hard plastic rubber)?
