ok, lately i have been having studdering problems with my steering. its not because of the range is bad or anything. when i hold my car up in the air and i turn the wheels with my controller sometimes the steering skips a few steps and jerks a little bit.my waranty has run out and im just looking for a fix that i can do. i searched but i couldnt really find anything.

could be the gears. have you hit anything hard lately? i smashed my front end pretty hard into a wall and my steering was all screwed up. servo way off center. studdered going right and wouldnt even turn left. after taking it apart i found that one of the gears was kinda off. swapped all the gears from an extra servo. works fine. i dont really like these servos. i have a feeling mines gonna break again.

hey thanks guys for the ideas. i think im gonna take the cover off my servo and see whats up. thanks again! o ya BTW i hit hard stuff a lot like walls, my friends car, my body (ouch!) and other miscillaneous items.

hey i opened up the servo (wow scary stuff in there!) and everything was peachy keen so i dont know what it is. it doesnt really affect steering from what i can tell but it just annoys me that there is something wrong with my car. i am also so mad because i get like 10ft range and it makes me crapin angry.
