kasper01001 02-08-2004 04:04 PM

procyonlator 02-10-2004 12:42 PM

even if it is actually a porsche body, thats still crap $300??

Cyslyde 02-10-2004 01:23 PM

some people just have more money than brains.. i mean you can get that body for what.. 25 and then maybe another 5 for the plastic and pieces to get it to fit.

johnfish 02-10-2004 02:37 PM

If I had to guess based on the bid history someone is jacking the price up on purpose.

daym.... that guy must be happy that he is making a $260+ profit off that body. that's crazy. people these days:rolleyes:

d00kie 02-10-2004 09:54 PM

What a great way to fix that hole in your wallet :D

...at the cost of someone blowing one in theirs.

Currently, my xmod sits on a fabricated cardboard/foam bumper that actually does absorb impact nicely. It is fastened by a single film of generic tape.

I would post pictures but I bet it would tarnish my reputation forever.

That's messed up. You could make your own rear clip with a .05 piece of plastic (you can purcahse plastic scraps from a plastic manufacturing co.)and some 5 min apoxy. And that's if velcro doesn't work for you. I have an Impreza body on my XMod. It's held on with velcro on the sides and it holds just fine.
