Metal*/aluminum/titanium/steel Axle cups

I am in serious need of ANY axle cups, for the rear. Because I ordered like 10 from radioshack but, all i recieved was my differentials. Im guessing theyre on backorder, and i ordered them like a month ago. so if anyone here is willing to make me axle cups, mainly the short one with the pin... i would appreciate it. and please post a price.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...&category=2565

is basically what i need.. the small one with the pin.. except i am not in anyway paying 25$+ for a small part.

do you have a special on all of those together? like all in a set for like $30?

i dont mean to be the bearer of bad news but, i recieved my 12$, left rear axle cup, today...and it didnt fit. One side of it was bent inward, showing lack of quality control. It was a simple fix with a sanding disc on my dremel, but this shows he didnt pre-fit the cup, and it also looks warped (still fits nonetheless) There was no possibility of it being damaged in shipping as it was bubble wrapped, then put in a bubblewrapped envelope. So craftsman, for your next sale..please check to see if it fits first. I dont plan on sending it back, for obvious reasons..(even more money lost on such a small part if i shipped it back, and wasted time.)

My left and right rear cup joints are holding up really well. I drive my car HARD the last couple of days.

sessiz10 02-14-2004 08:19 PM

I would love to have those alu parts but unfortunatly the price is a little steep.

You will buy it when you run 6 cells.

I don't think I'll be running six cells, besides that I really don't see spending $36+shiping.(front and rear) $20 and I'ld have ordered a set or two. I'm just going by the fact that I've been running my xmod pretty damn hard with the stock setup and have very minimal, if any wear to those cups.
