motor/pcb question
 

I did a dual on a clone and it seems to run better (faster, more torque) with my lower speed clone motors than with my 4.2 or Phast motors. Is it possible that the pcb will not work sufficiently with the faster motors?

The faster motors have thinner wires in its inner thingies to make them be able to rotate at greater speeds, but these also produce the effect of less current passing through them, and therefore less power being delivered. So not so fast motors end up working better. Some Bit pro correct me if I'm wrong please :p

Sorry, but I have to rain on your parade paulo. You're right for the most part, but you'll probably never get enough current going through these motors to notice a decreasebecause of the wires being too thin. I've have dualcelled/fet modded cars. The lower end motors may be taking off faster, because they will usually have more torque, but the top end speed should always be faster. kvik, you may have some bum motors or they may not fit correctly in the car. If the gears make a lot of noise then the motor may need to be repositioned to get smoother motion. If it's mostly quiet, then it's probably a bad motor. Some motors don't fit correctly in bits, or vice-versa, some motors don't fit well in certain clones.

Also, if you wired it in parallel, then you may not be putting out enough power to push a stronger motor. For example; a 3.0 sucks in most single cells, but it becomes a monster in a dual-cell.
