Stupid Paint
 

lol i dun kno where to put this so i put here. sorry bc if its the wrong thread. okay! so after months of being lazy, i have come back and painted my supra black... thing is its flat as crazy. guess i used the rong kinda black. and maybe the rong kinda paint. and wrong type of tape... the old lookin tape i used like stuck to the car masking. now the windows have adhesive stuff on the windows.. any one know how to get rid of this crud? thanks in advance... time to play cs :D

if you don't mind, you could use goo gone or something like that....as for the flat black, you could try to use High gloss clear coat to make it shiny, maybe not as shiny as you wanted but, it will give some shine... I got the same thing 2nd time i painted my civic, adhisive and paint bled through the tape... So i masked it up with painter's tape and sanded it down to paint over the again.

I got a white supra and I dont know what color to paint.I think I
should paint it blue with a black hood.Or a different color.

You can try Home Depot or Wal-mart.... I think that is the best place to start looking...

Try using your comp to see which one you like...or you could you do what I did (but I HIGHLY don't recommend it), go paint the car, then strip it and paint it a new color....if you don't like it, go with color you like... But try the computer first.:)

I went to SEMA in Vegas a couple of months ago and FLAT PAINT WAS THE NEW "COOL" THING.

ProDrive painted all of their cars in flat silver, Skunk2 painted their Super Street contending Civic Si in flat black and there were numerous other cars in flat colors... I painted my RSX flat black.. Ill post a pic of it when I get a chance.

Flat black isnt a flashy color but I'm tellin' ya its going to be in style soon!
