It's called "MOSFETS." ;) :D

It has a dual battery setup, stock PCB. It has enough power to flip up onto the rear bumper with all 4 wheels off the ground. It has flipped over backwards a few times.

What cells and motor?

I got another stock 1.2V 100mah battery from a broken car at RadioShack. The motor is the stock 21,500 RPM performance motor that came with the car. Gearing is stock blue.

I charge it with a custom adjustable power supply I built using a 25V CT transformer, full-wave bridge rectifier, 3 caps, 2 potentiometers, and an LM317 adjustable voltage regulator.
