r u saying it goes into a donut when u give it full throttle or it just drived in a circle and ur giving it 1/2 throttle

geofroley 12-30-2003 02:26 PM

When I go full throttle it goes into a donut. But it only happens when the body is on.

security civic 12-30-2003 02:28 PM

ur tires are proably dirty try cleaning the surface u race on and the tires i dont no y it does it when only the body is on but mine does it either way

geofroley 12-30-2003 02:34 PM

I am using hard slick tires by the way.

security civic 12-30-2003 02:43 PM

try using soft in back and hard in front but if u want drift use soft in front hard rear , for the suspension try putting the meddium in back or soft and soft or meddium in front ,on drfting do soft front hard back

let me no if this confuses u and ill try to explain better

or maby a wire or your body is rubbing agianst a wheel.

geofroley 12-30-2003 03:11 PM

I just had a breakthrough. I remembered that I only have ball bearings in one wheel. Do'h! I think thats why I'm having a problem.

security civic 12-30-2003 10:37 PM

well now u no what to look for if it keeps happening

KnotHole 12-31-2003 11:05 PM

I'm glad you found out what was wrong...btw...To me it also sounds like a fun thing to do if you are just wanting to play around...

geofroley 12-31-2003 11:55 PM

Well I tried my fix up today and it didn't do much. Do you think an AWD kit would work?

security civic 01-01-2004 12:36 AM

maybe

The Civic body can rub the front wheels at the top of the fender, as well.
