What do Metal Berrings do?

i think they are for reducing friction and they go alittle faster.

Yea they reduce the amount of friction in the drive train drastically!!! I would definitley invest in some. If you get them be sure to lube them with powdered grphite and not WD-40 or TRI-FLOW. Any water/oil based lubricant will attract dust and gunk up your bearing...

yea i hate when that happens. dont have bearings for my xmod (yet) but i do on my skateboard. its a b to clean.

yea there really good, give it about 5-10 mins until u notice how much more its has improved with the metal bearings
