XH XMOD Wire Upgrade Kit NOW TAKING ORDERS

Now i know what your thinking , i can upgrade the wire my self thak you very much...well thats fine but do you do it with 16g wire?? that goes thru the PCB ..prolly not (and if you did well you should have posted it....lol)
just joking guys...ok
Anywho kit will include 5 pieces of the wire(extra wire for 5th and 6th cell mods can be added for a small fee) pre cut to fit the xmod your running, solderd and heat shrunk with pcb adapters. also will include a new motor connector and full instructions.
Please note this kit is not for beginners as it requires full dissasembly and PCB soldering, also it requires modification to the PCB cover, and batt holders. THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRENTY
Heres the kit in my personal RSX please note i do not supply the heatsinks.

Last pic shows the new motor connector (Deans Ultra)

I am not really doing this for the cash just sick of people
getting shafted by the crap wiring offerd in the XMOD.I am also not stating that i have made anything in this kit except the PCB adapters! This should compliment any motor upgrade even NML's beauties!

Here are some reasons why this kit is better than stock:
A: The wire i use cannot be bought at your local RS and has been used in world champion R/C cars.
B: The Deans Plugs also are not a RS item.
C: Adapting the 16awg wire is already done just have to solder in.
D: The stock XMOD motor connector causes a 20% voltage loss. The deans connector has been used in high end R/C applications for sometime now..including world champion cars. (next best thing to hardwiring but much more convenient.
E: Every thing you need is one convenient package:)

OK i am now taking orders price is $12.00 US plus shipping, will ship once payment is recieved. Installs have about a week turn around please contact me for more info on that.

BlaZin_Ns 12-10-2003 05:49 PM

WireZ lo0k alil big...:D but it looks good

Nathan 12-10-2003 06:43 PM

Uhhh.... Isn't that overkill?:D

XAnubis 12-10-2003 06:51 PM

No.
If your running a bigger more powerfull motor, like a S02-3, NML or any custom motor, the bigger wire helps. Bigger wire means more current flow and woven copper wire mean better conductivity.

I am not gonna get into the who what when why and where of this product...i just know it works fine in my racer and when i get some testing finally done i will post those results.

I did not do this for money really but this wire is not free. So if i can help out people and make them happier fine...if i make some money in the process to cover costs fine.
I am alos NOT forcing anyone to buy this, if you want it i can understand the questions if you don't fine either or i mean ya try and help people and they jump down your throat.
I will not divulge the name of the wire due to people copying my idea...i have seen it happen to to many people.

If you have any other questions please post it here or in a e-mail but please state who you are in the e-mail.
