Anyone know to change the frequency?
Anyone know to change the frequency of there bit? If so, explain or tell me a site to go to.. thanks

...a pcb swap is the only way i know of.....
|
yep, what he said......i think the freq crystal is that white thing on the underside of the pcb and it if firmly atached so removing it would distroy the pcb.........its cheaper just to get another car on another freq......
|
TX:
Crystal Swap. RX: Entire PCB swap. Swap out tuning coils on car. Possibly adjust tuning coil in car to accept new freq. |

Not on one of these. That's why I mentioned that one as a "Possible" instead of an option.
You'll probably want to switch to a crystal that's fairly close to the same frequency. Although, I'm not sure about how selective the cars actually will be when done this way. (27 mhz channel 1 may still run the car if set up for 27 mhz channel 6) Anyway, why are you wanting to change freqs, and what freq would you like to set it up for? |
why i am changing the frequency
i am changing the freq because.. i ordered a porshe super BCG and a Auto M BCG set... 1 for my brother... 1 for myself. One of them is a 27, and the other was a 27B... i thought they whouldnt conflict each other... but they did.
