9V control Battery replacement
 
Hi, im new to this form.

Nice cars everyone. Really nice. Anyways, ive always been wondering. As you know, batteries are costly. Most have mods for the Car but how about the controller? I would appreciate it if someone could post something about the 9v batt. to something more convienent. Such as AA's. well, hope to hear from you guys soon

got it the first day it came out :)

White Rims with Mettalic blue lug nut. VERY NICE. i painted these myself.
nothing else yet, im going to paint it but what kind of paint? I doubt im goign to use Airbrush but Ive heard that Tamiya paint is good. No sanding needed but how about primer?

There are 9 volt Nimh rechargeable batteries available. they should work good for this application. Just be carefull to check the voltage. There are some 7.2 v "9volt" batteries and some 8.4 v. The 8.4 volt batteries are the better choice. It should be listed on the label.

I believe that walmart sells a rayovac 8.4 volt "9volt" battery.
