Is it possible to change everything? ex. Novak XXL receiver, Futaba Micro servo, Novak SPY esc, and a nice juicy motor??? Is there enough space or no?

No it doesn't look like there would be room. I'm disapointed too. I'm going to try a micro servo and a mini z pcb with a 6x2 fet upgrade.

Not sure. Maybe if you did away with the plastic cases from all the new electronics (except the steering servo, of course) I bet you could find a way to make it fit.

You could make a chassis out of fiberglass or carbon fiber and have plenty of room with that. Of course, the only thing left from the original Xmod would be the suspension and body...
