death of an xmod
 

my xmod got attacked by the family dog and he kinda smacked it around a bit. The steering servo is non functionl. :( :( :( Guess I have to exchange it at radioshack. For those that have exchanged xmods, did you remove all the upgrades you did on them or did you remove them?

I dunno if they'll take it if a dog ate it... If it were me and it's really toast, I'd take all the mods off and just put all the parts in the box and return it like that.

When i returned mine i just took the wheels and the body off...it had a little damage on the front bumper but she didn't notice it i guess...but if there are like teeth marks and stuff on it i dont know

no teeth marks at all. All the damage came rom when he smacked it with his paws.

i'm not so sure they would refund it. i mean it's not like the car was defective cuz it was ur dog that kinda broke it. if they can tell it was caused by you i dont think they will refund it.

As long as the car doesnt look too bad, they probably will take it back.

I didn't even try to take mine back. But if I had, I probably would have wanted to get it on video to capture their reactions... :lol:
