What color should I paint my Civic???

a dark metallic blue would be nice

what is good that i can get at wal mart for painting? my nearest hobby store is 40 miles away, but i work across the street from wal mart, anybody?

I used to use the Dupli Color paints bought from Wal Mart on my Zips, but I don't have any experience using it on Xmods. A lot of people say they have had good results with Testors, which can be bought there too.

will it give me the smooth finish?

my walmart actually sells testors hobby paints....check your toy section...

next to the die casts and models? i assume

do i need primer or finish?

I would suggest laying down a coat of primer before applying the color coat, it will help the paint stick better, and hide MINOR imperfections.

Most everywhere you find spray paint, you will find primer.

I would have to agree with the others. Testors is a great brand of paint from Wal-mart. I use the spray paint.

Make sure you prime it before you use testors paint tho. It will just slide right off the surface plastic if you don't.

thats probley my problem i try to paint it and the paint is like water. what would you guys think is the problem if when i paint my zip it wrinkles?
