kinda pricey but its 15 minutes for a full charge. By the way Radioshack has a product similar to this coming out soon as well.

It comes with two sets

it takes longer to wear them out or de-charge them by using them then it takes to charge them up so you are never with out a charged set.

cool so ur saying that they run longer then they charge??

dragon4450 10-29-2003 04:13 PM

no they charge for 45 mins but run for like 30.

is there a big loss of torque and energy from the beggining to the middle of the battery run.

Murcielago659 10-29-2003 07:55 PM

Just to clarify, I think this guy's thinking they charge like a ZipZap does, which they don't. They run on 4 AAA batteries. When you get the extra charger set, you get 8 batteries plus the charger. So that's 2 sets of batteries that last about 30 minutes and charge in 45.

How charged were they? They usually only put a small charge in them at the factory to test them, and sometimes that charge lasts long enough for someone to buy them and see that they're still slightly charged.

One of mine came charged for about a 10 minute run, the other kit had no charge at all.

Micro S2000 10-29-2003 08:19 PM

both sets in the battery pack had some charge but it wasnt near full

Murciel...659 if i am the "guy" who thinks they charge like zipzaps.. i dont, i have zipzaps and i know this is totally different.

Murcielago659 10-29-2003 10:12 PM

Ok, I was just making sure. The way you posted made it seem that way.
