what's wrong with my supra?!

the other day, it ran at least 50 ft away with a few stutters near the end....today i took it to the tennis courts finally(let me say very fun first though, hehe), but noticed that it lost signal at almost 25-30 feet, what's the deal, i tried the 9v battery trick, by placing paper back there so it makes good contact, so it's not that, the antenna is screwed securely in place, could i have messed something up when i put the awd and suspension kit in? possibly the antenna wire jarred loose or something at the source end? please help, i need the range back!

Did you install the light set? I noticed that i lost a lot of range with mine when I did that.

I am running the lights set on mine and have no problem with range. I can run mine all over the tennis court, from one end to the other with no stutters at all.

I don't have a major range loss, I figure at most about 10 feet, but it's definitaly not going as far as it did before I installed it.

Hmmm.... I've have the AWD and use the both the drift and road race motor and get the same range before stuttering....about 75 feet.
