anyone know the mah capacity of the nimh kit?

Each battery is 700mah.

The rayovac ones they sell everywhere are 750mah, for those who need that extra bit :) .

hmm, not a bad price for 8 of them plus a charger. the GP800's on ebay are like 19 for 8 and the charger that same guy sells is like 20 on top of that.

too bad the stores near me dind' thave them. supposedly, the radioshack salesman who checked the computer said there's none in the country, like i'm gonna believe him.....i dunt think he checked the area, just his own store

bah, the guy i talked to earlier asking if he had the battery kit was confused. seems like i was bit too distracted earlier because i forgot to get the awd kit and foam tire kit that i was goin in there for so i just went back. i asked the guy when the batteries will come in so he turns to his colleague and the colleague spins around, grabvs something from the bottom peg behind some big zipzap carrying case thingie, and whips it out.

24.99 for the price of eight 700mAh AAA batteries and a NiMH/NiCd peak charger that handles AA and AAA size cells, it's a pretty good deal

Get the Rayovac green and gold batt. which has 16oomah for one batt. So thats 64000 mah running the boards for 11.99 for a 4pack. Just a suggestion!

aint those aa's. i dont thin aaa's go over 850-900 mah's

FYI, it's only 6400 mAh if you run them in parallel. it'll act as a 1.2 volt 6400 mAh battery pack. running them in series like the way it is in xmods and most applications (i've yet to see batteries wired in parallel in commercial products) they're 4.8 volts and 1600 mAh.

remember, series = same mAh and sum of all voltages; parallel = same voltage as one and sum of all mAh's

and 1600mah are AA not AAA ;)

i found leap nimh batteries at zellers for 5 bucks for 4 so i grabbed like 10 sets lol. well actually i grabbed all that they had hahaha each battery is like 1700mah too heheheh what a find.

what's zellers? a physical store or an online store? did they have AAA's as well?

they had AA's and AAA's. AAA's are like 650 mah. i snagged all of thsoe too lol. it was a while ago so u wont find it no more.

i haven't seen a zeller's around here before, nor have i seen ads from them so i doubt i'd find them anyway hehe
