how durable are those? My stock mini-cooper rims got torn up from tire roll over.... I had to buy the reenforced ones.... |
They not bad! they run well with little problems. Heck there not even a dent in them yet:) I post some picture of more detail in a day or so........Thanks:)

Mini TL01 how did you make it Usagi? This could solve the 4 wheel drive problem we all are looking for:D
|
Usagi,
I think I figured out how you did the modification to make the TL01 in to a MINI size. How much did you cut away from the center ?I was thinking of using Derlin plates on the inside off each chassis piece to screw it back together. Then I guess you used M03 suspension parts and Dogbones.Plus the Carbon fiber shaft you cut down for the drive shaft. Is this right ?Also how does the car run is it worth it to buy a TL01 kit to cut down to make it a MINI 4wd.Does the stock M03 Mini perform better? Thanks , |
well I post picks later on tonight for you.
OF course I cut-a-way the chassy to reduce the lenght. I will show some close ups......... Hange tight ok :) |
