Water Tires?

What are the water tires mentioned in the FAQ?
Thanks

They are a different tread pattern and probably different hardness tire. They will be available later on

Don't get any ideas! It still says in the instruction manual NOT to run them in the water. ;)

If you look at real water tires the pattern looks like this
I I I
I I I
I I I

in other words, alot like the ms speed tires...

airline2 09-11-2003 04:22 PM

i would think they close to snow tires

cowfish_29 09-11-2003 06:20 PM

i drive my origional ZZ on the countertops after i clean em with the sponge....WEEEE! :D

airline2 09-11-2003 07:57 PM

cowfish_29 09-13-2003 03:15 PM

yep, lots o fun, i get going as fast as i can, hard right and then tap left and it will slide sideways for awhile....weeeeeeee!

Racer9 09-13-2003 04:43 PM

Probably just a tire that is softer and has new tread pattern!

airline2 09-15-2003 03:28 AM

No sh!t sherlock!!!
What do you think would happen?
The car plus slippery equals traction?
I think not!!!

He's like that guy who put Armor All tire shine on his tire tread--then attempted to drive it in the rain the next day. Needless to say, that car was destroyed. :D
