In 'User Cp' there is the 'Edit Profile' button. Click that, and then go down to 'Custom User Text'.
And viola!

Underneath Signaure, there is a birthdate option.
Unerneath that, there is the user text option.
There is a space that says new user text, or something similar.
Type in what you want and viola.

ummm i think for cuztom title it's 20 posts and 10 days being registered... after 100 posts it changes to "i should really change my title" or something like that

I reset mine, and it says 'I really should Change my title...
