That movie is called Taxi- it's a french movie. I saw 1 and 2, they're hilarious.

Best Movies ever...because of their lack of dare I say Special effects. a kinda low budget movie compared to Star wars and stuff but damn!!!...it has a nice sound track...I wish I had one of those taxis which have wings, treads, SOME SORT OF NOS and Transforms into a racing car :(....

That would be aweome!

I saw Taxi 3 few months ago... its not that great, compared to the car! It would be cool if they made the Evo Lancers Police Cars too! :D
