Might have to sell my Bits
 

I can’t believe that I am doing this, but I think I have to sell my Bits. I need some money for car repair and this is the only thing I can think of, besides my liver to sell for money.

Here is my set:
Silver Supra – 45mhz – upgraded antenna, pink motor
Custom made Skyline 25mhz – hard wheels up front, soft wheels in back
Blue Skyline – 35mhz – light blue gear
White NSX (black hood) – Turbo, extended battery, blue tires in back, green up front 2nd red steering bar
Blue Xanavi Skyline – 57mhz
Upgraded magnets on all of them
Universal controller w/boost function
Orange axles and tires

I have put a lot of time and money into these. I am asking for $350 for them. If this is to much, please let me know. E-mail to discuss. I want to sell them all together and won’t break up the set. v_rosetta@yahoo.com

i think that is WAY too much. 4 cars for 350? i dont care how upgraded they are, thats just too much

id say about $100, no matter how much theyve been upgraded, they lose 1/2 of their value or more once taken out of the box and another 1/3 once used. $100. ill go as high as $125, maybe $150 at the most. hows that? what kind of car do you own?

According to your math skyline that comes to about $7 bucks a piece assuming a $20 purchase price.

I agree, your math is a little off. I bought most of these cars for around $40-50. Granted they are out of the box, but I can't understand how you can use your bits while they are in the box? I bought them and improved them to play with, not put on a shelf

Sucks that you have to sell your stuff, but you might want to look at eBay to sell them, and who knows you might be able to get more than what you want there... people get crazy while bidding.

why did you pay 40-50 bucks for the cars?

yeah, it would be more like $500 at that average.

i agree- 350 is wayyyyy too much
