has anybody made a derby type car like weapons ie screws nails blades if so has it worked good ive ben thinkin about startin a demolition derby compitition:D :D :D :D

i used lots of toothpicks to make mine and it was alright but i got rid of the toothpicks later on

if your goal is to disable the other car, then chances are you'll run out of battery before anything else. These cars are pretty freakin tough, just ask my cat. Unless you somehow manage to break a steering wire or a solder joint on the PCB, there isn't much one Zip is gonna do to another to hurt it. Maybe if the arena was 30 feet or so off a concrete floor and you pushed the other guy off...that might cripple it...

I got one, but it's slow.

I made a soldering weapon(TM)

I got a small butane poweredsoldering gun and took it apart, and made it as small as it needs to be. I took the butane tube, routed it to the front of the car. Then made a sparker to light the butane behind the soldering tip. it lights gets hot and burns other cars.

That is the schematic i made, only a schematic. I did do the measuring.
