If you can find an old Tamiya 1/32 battery powered Sand Scorcher 4wd kit that would be cool, as one of the bodies just happened to be an old Toyota Hilux body just like the full size rc 4x4 hilux, bruiser, and mountaineer.

By the way that chassis is to cool for school!!!

What kind of joints are you using up front to allow the front wheels to turn, as I noticed it is 4wd. Also what kind of gears are you using for the axles and the transmission? What about the steering blocks up front. I might have to make my own :D

thanks r.c.dealer, the u-joints used on the front wheels to turn are handmade by me, out of a 4mm steel shaft (check out some of the pics of the u-joints i made at my gallery on TTTT thread i also have made some u-joint out of 3mm steel shaft to make my 6x6 1/87 truck all-wheel-drive! i got some video there too to prove it's all-wheel-driven capabilities and the strength of those steel u-joints) the gears set used for the tranny came from Tamiya Racing Mini-4WD with 5:1 gear ratio, and the gears at the axles are combination of a worm and gearset, so i expect this truck much faster than the other trucks i made, now that steering block, i curve that thing out of a thick brass tube.

yes, this truck is going to be like it's bigger version, i've already made a waterproof electronic box, so submerging the truck on a headlight high water will be possible
