Hummer H2 clone.
1 Attachment(s)
I just found this at the mall. I can't wait to do a chassis stretch on one of my Zip Zaps and slap this body on it. Maybe raise it too. The body has pretty good detail for a clone. They also had red ones.
I had to use my scanner, the camera is on loan right now. |
Cool!
It's awsome. How big is it and what store did you find it in?
|
It's 1/64 scale, same as the Zip, but the wheelbase is about 1/8" longer. To cut on the wheel wells will ruin the fender flares on the body. I'm gonna try to raise it and see if it will sit on a zip chassis without extending it. I picked it up at one of those little stands in the center of the mall. I think it was called Keshet. I might go back and get a red one. They also had a Mercedes SUV look-alike.

How much was it and how does it run?
|
They were asking $19.99 because it was a new model, but I talked him down to $15.99 by telling him they had them at the Toys R Us for $12.99.(But they were the old models.) It doesn't run very well though. The turning is horrible. I bought it for the body alone. It really is a detailed body, the pics don't do it justice. Worth the price for a nice H2 body.

BTW, I haven't had a chance to try it on a Zip yet, I have been camping this weekend. I will post pics as soon as I try it.
