I really need some helping with removing paint.
 

I have tried all of the methods mentioned in these forums with not much luck. I have used the POLY S, Pine Sol, Castrol Super Degreaser, Paint thinner, Oven Cleaner, etc. Everything seems to leave a gooey substance or frosts the windows. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if this would have any effect (as far as removing paint), but give lighter fluid a try. Hehe, the popular brand is even called "Zippo" LOL!

Like I said, I really don't think that it will remove paint, but it's safe to try on most any surfaces (including plastic).
