i did this in about 20 mins

1. remove the endcap (dont desolder anything)

2. remove the pin thingy that holdsthe magnets in (took me10 mins)

3. remove the magnets (took meabout 2 mins)

4. replace the magnets with spinbrush magnets

5. replace the pin thingey

6. put the endcap back on

7. make sure the pinion moves smoothly

8. plug her in andhave fun

NOTE i dont thing u need fet upgrades to do this but if u do please tell me

The spinbrush motor is good for TORQUE. He's taking the magnet that supplys more torque, and installing it in the Xmods motor to give it more acceleration. Correct? :)
