I just want to say wow, and i hope this topic doesnt get closed cause of jibberish

eman1 01-23-2003 04:37 PM

do you still want to buy my booster?

timisone 01-23-2003 04:38 PM

yea

BabyKiller 01-23-2003 04:44 PM

do boosters go faster than regular cars?

timisone 01-23-2003 04:47 PM

when u hit the booster button they fly but there slower when not hitting it

BabyKiller 01-23-2003 04:53 PM

so unboosted slower than normal car but boosted faster than normal car? if thats true i would like some other peoples opinions like namuna(for a pro example)

timisone 01-23-2003 04:55 PM

what u trying to say i am not a pro hehe its awsome with a 3.0 motor in it

Since this thread is a little more understandable, I'll let that coment slide (THIS time)...You'd do well to NOT irritate Moderators.

timisone 01-23-2003 05:00 PM

lol how is irrating a mod all i said was hope it doesnt get closed

eman1 01-23-2003 05:01 PM

a boosted car is faster than a non boosted car with the same motor and gearing. First gear is about 50% of the power, while boosted it is more like 110% of the power of a nonboosted car.

BabyKiller 01-23-2003 06:00 PM

:) thanks every1 for your help and cooperation

BabyKiller 01-23-2003 06:00 PM

that made me deside that my next bit is gonna be a auto modolesa set

shocon2k 01-23-2003 09:27 PM

Why was the last one closed? You worded your title all back-asswards and one or two people commented that you may have misthought what you were saying, and some mod closed it? What the hell?

timisone 01-23-2003 09:35 PM

he said it was jibberish and i should post it in the misc dicussion oh well

nghts 01-23-2003 11:13 PM

I dunno what u guys talking about, I have 2 of the same cars, only ones boosted, everything else is the same ther both Bit Char-G and everything, when I hit boost it is the same speed as the other

timisone 01-23-2003 11:17 PM

maybe its just mine but it really fast

ib311 01-23-2003 11:44 PM

the booster theory by ib311 (global velocity engineer and winner of the crystal award in 2 countries)...

if your bit has a 3.0 motor, it will drive at about the same speed as a 1.0 motor...then when you hit the booster button, the car releases the full potential of the motor and you go eqivalent to the 3.0 motor top speed.

this is how it works. tell your friends.

timisone 01-23-2003 11:47 PM

i think ur theory is flawed cause it does go slow when not boosting, but when u hit that button it flies.

ib311 01-24-2003 12:05 AM

um, that's what i said. no offense timisone, but you may suffer from dyslexia.

does my name look like 113bi or ib311 to you? :D

timisone 01-24-2003 12:07 AM

but u said it going 3.0 speed it doest it goes faster then 3.0

ib311 01-24-2003 12:13 AM

I don't think it goes faster, the extra juice just provides more torque at the second you hit the button, so it may seem like it's traveling faster. I could be mistaken, but I am a velocity engineer. :)

timisone 01-24-2003 12:14 AM

i think u are cause i never had a car go this fast

neoGTR22 01-28-2003 10:53 AM

So what's the best motor to get for track use on a boosted MS? I'm think about a track about 4'x4' with some good twisties and a decent straightaway?

How about a 3.1 or 2.8 from DKS? I hear the higher the rpm motor, the slower they are unboosted. If this is the case would those previously mentioned motors be about right? Thanks guys.

tino 01-28-2003 12:26 PM

I got 11 booster chasis, and every single one have the same top speed as the unboosted chasis when I hit the boost button.

dieselboy 01-28-2003 03:18 PM

do you guys have clone booster chassis or do boosters strickly come in bit char g form and now microsizers?
