favorism is a bad thing in a family.... but since it is your family which car you like the most? I like that fairlady z alot, sweet it is (y)

that celica is sweet :D howd u do that? is it painted on?? ( the pattern)

Sniper, my favorite is also the Z. I just got it today and have been running it since I got it.

Kam, all of the white on the celica is paint. I masked it off with tape to get the straight lines. Although it was my first paint job so I had to scrape off some of the white that got in places that I didn't want. I then had to get some red paint and touch it up. On a close up shot you can see that a little bit. I have a windshield brow decal that I made. I just haven't put it on yet.

Well I gotta' get back to the family.

Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing the same design just executed better. That is you mission if you decide to accept it.

Oh, I also tinted the windows by painting them black on the inside.

i choose my mission :D ill find the funds to get a celica body and then ill be real careful and try my hardest to make a good job of it!! :D

The mistake I made was I didn't make shure the tape was securely fastened down on the edges. Paint leaked under some of the tape. If I were to do it again I could get it right. It just seems a waste to do it over again.

Just remember that it was my first paint job. And it needs some touch up. It is also my racer.

Oh, and I painted the stripes with a brush.

I haven't modded anything else on it. I run it with a 2.6 motor. Sticky tires in front and stock in the rear. It is still my favorite car to drive. Though I am learning how to drive my boosted Fairlady Z and I am starting to like it. It's all about the speed baby! :cool:

Actualy, I used to have a Black Acura (Honda depending on your country of origin) Integra GSR that I used to race in SCCA. I wish I could find that body for the Bits. I was no Schumi, but I strived to be. :D

Wait until you see the mod for the Black Celica. It will be "east bouned and down". :cool:

I usually came in second (the first loser). The guy who always beat me had racing tires (vs. my street) and he had about 10 years experience on me. But he used to beat me by less than a second every time.

Then a drunk driver from North Carolina ran my car off of the road one night and totalled it. That F*ck Nozzel!:mad:

What kind of racing and which class? :) I do some work on the side for a guy who races in SCCA Pro Touring class..

Nothing that exciting.

I did Solo II or autocrossing. My car was totaled by some dumba$$ before I could get into wheel to wheel. That f*cking SOB. Why I ought to....:mad:

My class was G-stock.

Yeah, I claimed it on my insurance. they are the ones that "totaled" the car. It was fixable but not for what they wanted to spend. So f*ck them. they can have the car and good luck to them. Other circumstances dictated my next buying decision. (lack of funds):(

Yeah, the money covered what I owed on the car. Then I was back to square one.

Other financial things came into play and I could not afford to buy another new fast car. So I now have a '91 Integra GS. It is too old and slow to race. But my business is doing better so sometime this year I will have another fast, new car. :D

ah thats bad, i bet u were gutted u lost that car:mad: well i hope you find a nice new fast one and get back to your racing :D

Rock on! And if you are looking for a video game to play, try Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on PS2. I have a copy of it now and it is the best game since GTAIII! Although you may be too young to appreciate the music, but the game play is awesome!

Nice! I've always wanted to do autocrossing but I have to wait until I can afford better tires and some more suspension goodies for my car. :)

And the car in my avatar isn't a porsche, it's my Fairlady Z :)

I would rather you paint one of your own to use as your avatar. The only reason is, I haven't seen anyone with a paint job like that. I am, by profession, an artist and take originality and creativity very seriously. But you have the pic and I can't really stop you.
