My Silver Skyline
 

I posted the pics in the Skyline gallery, but i figured i would get more attention here. PLEASE Tell me what ya think by replying!!! Did i mention this is the first time i have ever painted an XMOD, or anything like it w/ spray paint? Here's the first pic:

nice paint job man. heres a few picture takeing tips.

1) try to find a solid color seface to use as a back drop. white sheets and poster board work awesome. i noticed in some of the pix the cam was focusing on the case in the back or the wood grain.

2) to resize the pic just go to ms paint and load the picture. click on image at the top and go to streach / skew. in the top 2 boxes change the number from 100 to 75 it makes them a nice size.

Dragon4450, you wouldn't by any chance know how to make my last pic into a good Avatar size, would you? I decreseed it down to 80 x 80 pixels, but it then said that the photo was too large or somthing, you know what to do about that, it would be alot of help, THANX

i have a silver skyline too :P no pics tho :(

when you shrink it down to 80x80 make sure you save it as a .jpg insted of .bmp. bmp files are alot biger in file size then jpg is because jpg decrases the image quality slightly.

I'm editing this post to tell you, it was set as JPEG and it still wouldn't get accepted. It's my last pic i have posted here and it's 80 x 76, so i don't know what the problem is.

yo bigb653 i think that ur skyline looks alright. nice job ob the paint.give me some tips on how to paint it that well. on a scale too 1 -10 i would give u an 7!!!!!i may come over this friday. only if i feel like it.

1) I'm glad you straightened up from last time, it's not kool to get all physcho like that, and it's DEFINATELY NOT kool to get banned, or GET ME BANNED!!!
2) The only real tips i can give you are: DON'T USE BREAK FLUID, it does a GREAT job getting the paint off, but it breaks all of your posts where the screws are when you try to screw the screws back in because the plastic is weaker. Also, i HIGHLY recommend using spray paint, either in a kit, or in a can, which ever you can get your hands on.
3) According to your scale, what could i maybe do to my Skyline to make it a PERFECT 10? I think 7 is alright, and that my skyline deserves an 8 or 9, but what do you think i could do to make it better, besides my surprise, which you know about.
4) I hope you decide to come over this weekend and play Need For Speed: Uderground, play with XMODS, and maybe kill some newbies in Halo, LOL :D.
